ABOUT OUR RETREATS

We have designed our retreats like an MOT for the mind, with activities to fuel the heart and soul, as well as the tools needed for relaxation, growth, and self-reflection. If you need some time away to focus on yourself this might be exactly what you need to gain clarity, prioritise, and replenish yourself from the inside out.

Think of this as a brand new way to feed your mind, body, and soul. Leave us empowered, with renewed clarity, focus, and a sense of peace and a deeper understanding about yourself.

Our team of professional coaches will be with you during your retreat to educate, inspire, and encourage you so that you can get the most from this unique combination. Everything is optional and we will guide you based on what we feel you need. Our retreats have been described as ‘truly transformational’, ‘nothing I’ve ever experienced!’ Join us and see for yourself.

Why do we do this?

OUR RETREAT MISSION

The coaching team encourages guests to approach their well-being holistically, exploring their physical, emotional, and mental well-being simultaneously. They strongly believe that everything is connected, and you must infuse practices of the body and mind to make lasting change.

“People need to look after themselves more than ever, we have created something really special and unique, something we haven’t seen being done before. We believe we have a responsibility to show our guests how to raise their level of well-being using the tools we have learned ourselves. Now more than ever before, it’s crucial to how we live our lives.” Nic said.

Frequently
Asked Questions

No. Most people will be travelling alone so our pricing for private rooms is for one traveller. Or, you can choose to share a twin room for an alternative cost. (where applicable).

Yes! We want to make coming on retreat as accessible as possible, so once the deposit is paid we can work with you on a personalised payment plan to make it easier for you. The balance however must be fully paid 6 x weeks before the check-in date as this is when we pay our suppliers. Note deposits vary by retreat.

Don’t worry, there is no pressure to take part in group activities, whilst we recommend them, if you want some alone time to relax, that’s perfect too. This is your time for you, so you do what you feel is right.

Should you cancel your booking at any time your deposit will be non-refundable due to admin and resale costs, but any additional payments made will of course be refunded to you, unless the retreat is less than 6 weeks away, in which case no refund or transfer is possible.

Should we have to cancel the retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund including the deposit, or have the option to move it to another retreat date (depending on availability).

We strongly advise all guests to organise personal travel insurance which covers them should anything happen that you need to cancel your retreat. *Please also ensure the insurance covers any COVID-related situations as we cannot offer any refunds or transfers due to COVID-related situations*.

Guests travelling abroad with us on retreat will need to have suitable global travel insurance. We will need a copy of this insurance before you can travel as part of the group. This is so that we have everything ready to assist you in the unlikely event of an emergency.

Approx 70% of our guests will come solo, and it’s lovely to have a bunch of like-minded people all together.

Therefore, this is something you won’t have to worry about, remember most people are in the same boat. It’s ok to feel nervous, that’s normal, just re-frame it as excitement for doing something new and you’ll be ok. We will look after you!

We recommend comfortable clothes for lounging in, walking shoes or good trainers for group walks, a waterproof jacket. Yoga or gym clothing for your practice and something cosy for the evenings. Things like slippers and hot water bottles are welcome! We also recommend a journal and pen and anything that helps you relax and unwind. We will send you more recommendations for packing before your retreat.

For trips abroad, suggested packing lists will be sent to you in advance.

All of our retreats are suitable for beginners. Don’t let being new to something discourage you, yoga is for everyone, and likewise for meditation and mindfulness. No experience today is a starting point to build on. The new practice will be the experience you have for tomorrow.

Usually, on residential retreats our numbers will be on average 8-12 for an intimate experience. We will have 1-4 staff depending on the event and size. On the day retreats, numbers are currently from 16-24 people, but this can change depending on the venue we are using, sometimes we host small, intimate retreats from a minimum of 4 x people depending on the theme and venue. If you’d like more info on a specific retreat please email us.

Our menu is primarily Vegetarian, but occasionally we have Vegan menus too.

We put a lot of effort into our catering and menus (food is really important to us!), the only thing we ask is that any allergies and intolerances are made clear as early as possible after you book so we can plan accordingly.

The food will vary per retreat so just email us with any specific info you’d like to know in advance. We can have something in particular for you should you require it.

A 20% or 30% deposit is needed to secure your place and hold your room. (This varies per retreat) The balance needs to be paid fully latest 6 x weeks in advance, but you can make payments up until then at any point. We can discuss this with you to spread the cost if that makes it more manageable.

Yes! We host in Bali and Ibiza at the moment and will be extending this offer into other countries soon!

*Note for our retreats abroad: We reserve the right to change the venue if we feel we need to do so for any reason out of our control. The venue offered will be a similar standard and the package will be the same.

We will arrange the accommodation, all activities and excursions etc. During the retreat with us everything is all inclusive (unless we have specified otherwise on the retreat schedule/programme. Each one is different so please ensure you check carefully.

You must arrange your own flights and transport/transfers to the retreat venue.

You must arrange your own suitable travel insurance. We will need a copy of this before you travel. Please ensure this covers you for medical expenses and all COVID related situations. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred which are out of our control, this includes COVID travel bans, any errors made on booking your flights, personal circumstances which prevent you from travel, any government restrictions/advice or extreme weather conditions preventing your travel plans.

If we cancel your retreat for any reason, we will offer you an alternative retreat or offer a full refund. If the retreat goes ahead and you decide not to attend, we cannot be held responsible.

Of course! We find a lot of people come with their loved ones, sharing experiences like this are so beneficial because you are both outside of everyday life and can focus on just yourselves. It’s a wonderful way to share some quality time.
