We have designed our retreats like an MOT for the mind, with activities to fuel the heart and soul, as well as the tools needed for relaxation, growth, and self-reflection. Nichola Henderson | Holistic Life Coach, Mindset Expert & Wellness Specialist
Nic is a Holistic Life Coach, Mindset Expert, and Wellness Specialist who wanted to offer something special in addition to her private practice. She believes passionately in the power of retreats having had some of her lightbulb moments on a retreat in 2018 which subsequently changed her life. She advocates that retreats have power to inspire growth, development, and change.
