Each wellness retreat is uniquely designed and lovingly created by Nichola Henderson. Nic is a Holistic Life Coach and Wellness Specialist who wanted to offer something truly special in addition to her coaching services for private clients. She believes passionately in the power of retreat experiences having had some of her own ‘lightbulb moments’ on a retreat a few years ago.
