Scotland Retreats is the first to launch a range of retreats making life coaching, mindfulness, and movement more accessible to everyone in a safe, supportive environment. The team believe that teaching a range of different materials and techniques on their retreats give the guests a truly unique experience. This is something very special. Their unique skills, partnered with the beauty of Scotland makes a truly spectacular combination.

Founders Nichola Henderson and James Hughes, say they created the retreats after researching what their coaching clients need to bring them back into a balanced state of mind and body. A state where they feel aligned.

“Scotland Retreats is inspired from what our clients have told us they need most, time out of the daily routine, to relax, unwind, reconnect to nature, to focus just on themselves in a safe supportive environment where they have the space to allow transformation and inspiration to emerge. Taking that time for themselves has remarkable results.”

The team have a unique combination of skills which complement each other and their teachings:

Nic is fully qualified and certified in Transformational Life Coaching, Wellness Coaching, NLP, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Meditation and Breathwork, Positive Psychology and Resilience, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga and is currently studying Nutritional Coaching. Her unique combination of these practices helps her deliver a holistic, mind, body, and soul programme. She is regularly asked for her wellness expertise and contributes to multiple mainstream publications across the UK on a regular basis.

“The retreat programme is designed for everyone, from people interested in taking real time out, mindfulness and wellness to those more experienced in yoga or movement, we have something for everyone. Our retreats will open minds and hearts to what is really possible, and guests will leave energised, empowered, strong and ready to reach dreams and goals with enthusiasm. James is fully qualified and certified in Transformational Life Coaching, NLP, and Clinical Hypnotherapy, and is fiercely passionate about Cold Water Therapy, Breathwork, and Strategic Intervention Coaching. He is all about creating change fast, he works with his private clients to facilitate personal change using his unique fusion of skills. James loves working in group environments, where guests can feel the special energy he creates.

“The power of people coming together on retreats is truly something special. We are always blown away by the support that guests give each other and what they can get from it in a short period of time. I want to show our guests that change can be fast, in a moment. I can show guests how to change their mindset, change their perspective, and therefore ultimately change everything.” (James)

Kenny is a Gym owner, fully qualified and certified in Personal Training, Pre and Post Natal Exercise, and Vinyasa Yoga. He is a firm believer in the power of physiology to change how you live your life. He lives and breathes this mantra on retreat and his movement practices are a core part of our retreats.
